My Work Today

Today I work with women leaders, founders, and organisations who recognise that the old models of leadership
are no longer sustainable.

Through private mentorship, leadership programmes, retreats, and organisational consulting, I support people to reconnect with a more embodied and aligned way of leading.

My work integrates practical leadership experience with a deep understanding of nervous system awareness, energetic alignment, and human behaviour.

The result is leadership that feels clearer, calmer, and far more sustainable.

A Different Approach to Leadership

For many years I felt like I was pushing up against a system that simply wasn’t working.

I could see it everywhere — in organisations, leadership teams, and in the individuals I worked with every day.

Women were exhausted.
Overwhelmed.
Operating in ways that quietly created burnout rather than sustainable leadership.

Something about it never sat right with me.

I knew there had to be a different way to lead.

Not a softer way.
Not a weaker way.

A more aligned and embodied way.

Over the years my work has evolved through a combination of professional experience, deep personal exploration,
and thousands of conversations with clients across the world.

What became clear to me was this:

Leadership does not begin with strategy.

It begins with the energy of the leader.

The way we make decisions.
The way we hold responsibility.
The way we respond to pressure.
The way we show up for the people around us.

These are not simply professional skills.

They are reflections of our inner operating system.

The programmes and mentoring experiences I offer today have grown organically from years of observing what

truly creates change in people’s lives and leadership.

Not quick fixes.
Not surface-level development.

But real shifts in how we show up.

The Woman Behind the Work

The work I do today did not come from theory.
It came from life.

My path has been shaped by many chapters — a long career working with people and leadership, motherhood, the ending of a significant marriage, and a profound spiritual awakening that changed the direction of my life entirely.

At one point I stepped away from everything I had built.

I sold my home.
I moved.
I stripped life back to the foundations.

For several years I turned inward and committed to doing the deepest work I have ever done — exploring my inner world, dismantling old identities, and rebuilding my life from a place of truth.

It was uncomfortable.
It was confronting.

And at times it was really bloody hard.

But it shaped the woman who leads this work today.

Because the woman who leads this work today had to be forged through that process.

I left school at sixteen.
Everything I have built since then has come from determination, relentless inner work, and a deep belief that there is a different way to live and lead.

People have always been at the centre of my work.

Understanding them.
Supporting them.
Watching them come alive when they realise what they are capable of.

There is nothing more powerful than seeing a woman remember who she is.

Today I run a global business, work with clients around the world, and create spaces — through mentorship, programmes, and retreats — where people reconnect with themselves and lead from a completely different place.

Because leadership is not about having all the answers.

It’s about having the courage to do the work most people avoid.
