What It’s Like Inside the Energy Audit™ Experience

This is not a programme you move through alone.

Over six weeks, you are guided through a recalibration of how you lead—
through your energy, your nervous system, and your internal operating state.

Each session builds on the last, allowing you to see clearly where you are leading from pressure, over-responsibility, or misalignment, and begin shifting into a more regulated, sustainable way of holding yourself and your leadership.

But the work doesn’t stop at awareness.

As part of this mentorship, you are held within a three-month community container, designed to support integration beyond the sessions themselves.

This space allows you to:

be supported as patterns arise in your day-to-day leadership
deepen your embodiment alongside others walking a similar path

Following the initial three months, there is the opportunity to remain inside the community through a monthly subscription.
