Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients enrolled in The Embodied Woman, a private coaching experience with Kathleen Davidson.

By purchasing this coaching experience, you agree to the following.

The Coaching Experience

The Embodied Woman is an intimate three-month coaching experience designed to support deep embodiment, self-leadership, and the integration of your personal transformation.

Your experience includes:

  • Six private 45-minute coaching sessions with Kathleen Davidson
  • Three months' access to The Embodied Room
  • Full access to all courses available within The Embodied Room
  • Weekly live coaching and community support

Your coaching experience begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

The Embodied Room Membership

Your investment includes three months' access to The Embodied Room.

At the conclusion of your coaching experience, your access to The Embodied Room will end unless you choose to continue your membership.

Should you wish to remain within The Embodied Room community, you are welcome to continue on one of the membership plans available at that time. Ongoing membership fees will apply according to the plan you choose.

Coaching Duration

The Embodied Woman is designed as a three-month coaching experience.

In some circumstances, it may be beneficial to extend the coaching container. If mutually agreed, your coaching may be extended for up to a maximum of six months from your original commencement date.

Any extension will be discussed together and confirmed in writing.

All coaching sessions must be used within the agreed coaching period. Unused sessions cannot be carried beyond the end of the coaching container.

Investment

Payment in full is required prior to commencement.

Your investment secures your place within this private coaching experience and is non-transferable.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of this coaching experience, all investments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal circumstances
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Lack of participation
  • Early withdrawal from the coaching experience

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance using the agreed booking system.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session.
  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible.

Coaching Boundaries

This coaching experience is intentionally designed to provide personalised support within clear professional boundaries.

Communication between coaching sessions (where applicable) should remain respectful and within reasonable limits.

This is a structured coaching container and does not include unlimited access outside of scheduled sessions.

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to maintain appropriate professional boundaries to protect the integrity of the coaching relationship.

Rescheduling by Kathleen Davidson

Should a coaching session need to be rescheduled due to illness, travel, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.

Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential.

Personal information shared throughout the coaching experience will not be disclosed without your consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, resources, language, teaching materials, and intellectual property remain the property of Kathleen Davidson.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Energy Audit™
  • The Alignment Compass™
  • Coaching frameworks and processes
  • Course materials
  • Written resources
  • Recorded teachings

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Personal Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and integration throughout the coaching experience.

While this coaching experience is designed to support meaningful transformation, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

Scope of Coaching

The Embodied Woman is designed to support personal growth, embodiment, leadership, and life integration.

This coaching experience is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Where additional professional support is required, it remains your responsibility to seek appropriate qualified care.

Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your coaching experience.

The Embodied Woman is designed for women who are ready to fully commit to themselves. By joining this coaching experience, you are choosing to actively engage in the process, take responsibility for your growth, and honour the space we create together.
