The Embodied Woman
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients enrolled in The Embodied Woman, a private coaching experience with Kathleen Davidson.
By purchasing The Embodied Woman, you agree to the following.
1. The Coaching Experience
The Embodied Woman is an intimate three-month private coaching experience designed to support deep embodiment, self-leadership and the integration of your personal transformation.
Your experience includes:
- Six private 45-minute coaching sessions with Kathleen Davidson
- Three months' access to The Embodied Room
- Full access to the courses and teachings within The Full Embodied Room Experience during your three-month access period
- Weekly live coaching and community support during your three-month access period
Your coaching experience begins from the date of purchase unless another commencement date is agreed in writing.
2. The Embodied Room Access
Your investment includes three months' access to The Embodied Room and the courses and teachings available within the Full Embodied Room Experience.
At the conclusion of your three-month access period, your access to The Embodied Room, its community, live coaching sessions, courses and resources will end unless you choose to continue your membership.
If you wish to remain within The Embodied Room, you are welcome to continue through one of the membership pathways available at that time. The applicable ongoing membership fee will apply.
3. Coaching Duration
The Embodied Woman is designed as a three-month coaching experience.
You are encouraged to complete your six private coaching sessions within this three-month period to support continuity, momentum and integration.
In some circumstances, it may be beneficial to extend the period in which your coaching sessions are completed. If mutually agreed between you and Kathleen Davidson, your coaching period may be extended up to a maximum of six months from your original commencement date.
Any extension must be mutually agreed and confirmed in writing.
All six private coaching sessions must be used within the agreed coaching period and, in all cases, no later than six months from your original commencement date unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Unused sessions cannot be carried beyond the end of the agreed coaching period and will expire.
An extension of your private coaching period does not automatically extend your three months of access to The Embodied Room.
4. Investment
Payment in full is required before commencement unless another payment arrangement is expressly agreed in writing.
Your investment secures your individual place within this private coaching experience and is non-transferable.
Your coaching sessions may not be transferred, shared, gifted, assigned or sold to another person, nor exchanged for cash, credit, alternative services or another programme.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of this coaching experience, all investments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of participation
- Early withdrawal from the coaching experience
- Failure to book or use coaching sessions within the agreed coaching period
6. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance using the agreed booking system.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and counted as one of your six included sessions, except in exceptional circumstances and at Kathleen Davidson's discretion.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in that session being forfeited and counted as used.
Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated where reasonably possible and subject to availability.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may affect your ability to complete all six sessions within the agreed coaching period. It remains your responsibility to ensure your sessions are booked and completed within the applicable timeframe.
Coaching sessions begin and end at the scheduled appointment times. Late arrival does not automatically extend the session beyond its scheduled finishing time.
7. Rescheduling by Kathleen Davidson
If a coaching session needs to be rescheduled by Kathleen Davidson due to illness, travel or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
The session will not be forfeited.
8. Coaching Boundaries
The Embodied Woman is intentionally designed to provide personalised support within clear professional boundaries.
Communication between coaching sessions, where applicable, should remain respectful and within reasonable limits.
This is a structured private coaching experience and does not include unlimited access to Kathleen Davidson outside scheduled sessions unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to maintain appropriate professional boundaries regarding availability, communication, scheduling and rescheduling to protect the integrity of the coaching relationship.
9. Confidentiality
All private coaching conversations are confidential.
Personal information shared throughout the private coaching experience will not be disclosed without your consent unless disclosure is required by law.
When participating in The Embodied Room, you also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other community members and not share their personal information or experiences outside the community without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All coaching frameworks, resources, language, teachings and intellectual property remain the property of Kathleen Davidson.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Energy Audit™
- The Alignment Compass™
- Regulation Reset
- Coaching frameworks and processes
- Course materials
- Written resources
- Videos and recorded teachings
- Live coaching and teaching content
These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, taught, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Personal Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, implementation and integration throughout the coaching experience.
While The Embodied Woman is designed to support meaningful transformation, no guarantees are made regarding specific personal, emotional, financial, career, leadership, business or other outcomes.
12. Scope of Coaching
The Embodied Woman is designed to support personal growth, embodiment, self-leadership, purpose and the integration of personal transformation into the way you live, work and lead.
This coaching experience is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis support, legal advice or financial advice.
Where additional professional or specialist support is required, it remains your responsibility to seek appropriately qualified care.
13. Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect reasonable changes to the coaching experience, its delivery or applicable requirements.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your coaching experience, except where a change is required by law or otherwise agreed.
14. Agreement
By purchasing and participating in The Embodied Woman, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The Embodied Woman is designed for women who are ready to fully commit to themselves. By joining this coaching experience, you are choosing to actively engage in the process, take responsibility for your growth and honour the space we create together.
