Burnout forced me to step away from the constant pressure of pushing, producing, and holding everything together.

What followed was a very different kind of work.

I began to understand something most leadership models never address — that how we lead is shaped by the state of our internal energy and nervous system.

As I rebuilt myself from the inside out, something shifted.

I came back into my own frame.
