Mentoring Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all clients enrolled in a private mentoring container with Kathleen Davidson.

By purchasing and participating in a mentoring container, you agree to the following.

1. Mentoring Overview

This mentoring container is a high-touch, private leadership experience designed to support integration, embodiment, and sustained change over a defined period.

The container is delivered over 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Mentoring is not a one-off service. It is a committed container where depth is created through consistency, presence, and engagement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed.

Where a payment plan is in place:

• You are committing to the full payment amount, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement
• All scheduled payments must be completed regardless of participation level

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the mentoring container.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All mentoring containers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once the container has been purchased, you are committing to the full duration.

No refunds will be provided for:

• change of mind
• personal circumstances
• scheduling conflicts
• lack of participation
• early withdrawal from the container

4. Mentoring Container Boundaries

This mentoring space is held with clear energetic and professional boundaries.

• Sessions will take place at agreed times
• Communication between sessions (if included) is to be used respectfully and within reasonable limits
• This is a structured container, not open or unlimited access

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to define and maintain appropriate boundaries to protect the integrity of the container.

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance via the agreed booking method.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
• Sessions missed or cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited
• Rescheduling requests within 24–48 hours will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed

Repeated rescheduling or missed sessions may result in loss of remaining sessions.

6. Container Duration & Expiry

This is a time-bound 6-month container.

• All sessions must be used within the 6-month period
• Unused sessions will not roll over beyond the container end date
• In exceptional circumstances, a short extension may be granted at the sole discretion of Kathleen Davidson

This container is designed to create momentum and integration within a defined timeframe.

7. Rescheduling by Kathleen Davidson

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.

An alternative time will always be offered.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential.

• Personal information shared will not be disclosed without consent, unless required by law
• You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any insights, processes, or information shared within the container

9. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, language, and materials shared within mentoring remain the intellectual property of Kathleen Davidson.

This includes:

• The Energy Audit™ Method
• leadership frameworks and processes
• session content and teachings

These may not be copied, reproduced, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Personal Responsibility

Mentoring is a collaborative process.

You are responsible for:

• your decisions
• your actions
• your integration of the work

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

11. Scope of Mentoring

This mentoring container is designed for leadership development and personal integration.

It is not:

• therapy
• medical support
• legal or financial advice

If additional support is required, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional care.

12. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your mentoring container.
