Many of the leaders I work with are women.

Women are naturally cyclical in nature.
When leadership requires constant output, pressure, and disconnection from that natural rhythm, it can create significant nervous system strain and long-term burnout.

The foundation of my consulting work is the Energy Audit™ Leadership Framework.
This framework helps leaders understand the internal operating system that drives how they lead.
Rather than focusing only on strategy or performance metrics, we examine the deeper patterns influencing leadership behaviour, decision making, and team dynamics.

Before building my consulting and mentoring practice, I spent many years working inside complex organisational environments.
