Paid Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to paid live events, masterclasses, workshops, immersions and other live experiences offered by Kathleen Davidson Global Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By purchasing access to a paid event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Your Purchase
Your purchase provides you with access to the event described on the relevant sales or checkout page.
The date, time, format, inclusions and price of each event will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Where a recording is included, this will also be stated on the relevant event page.
2. Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.
All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our paid events involve the reservation of a place and may include access to event recordings or digital materials, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Please purchase carefully and ensure that the event is suitable for you before completing your purchase.
If you are unable to attend a live event and a recording is included with your purchase, you will still receive access to the recording.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
From time to time, circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to change the date, time, format or delivery of an event.
If this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and provide an appropriate alternative, such as access to a rescheduled event or recording.
If we cancel an event and are unable to provide a reasonable alternative, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
5. Event Recordings
Where a recording is included with your purchase, the recording is provided for your personal use only.
The availability period for a recording may vary between events and will be communicated where relevant.
We do not guarantee permanent or lifetime access to event recordings unless this is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
All event content, recordings, presentations, exercises, frameworks, written materials and other resources provided as part of an event remain the intellectual property of Kathleen Davidson Global Limited unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own personal development.
You may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, publish, sell, teach, upload or otherwise make event content or recordings available to another person without our prior written permission.
Your event access and any associated links are for you personally and must not be shared with others.
7. Participant Privacy and Recording
Some live events may be recorded.
By attending a recorded event, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image or contributions may be captured if you choose to participate verbally, visually or through other recorded features of the event platform.
Where appropriate, we will advise participants that recording is taking place.
If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you may choose to keep your camera off and avoid participating verbally during recorded portions of the event.
Please also respect the privacy of other participants. You must not independently record, screenshot, photograph or distribute another participant's contributions without their permission.
8. Educational and Personal Development Content
Our events are provided for educational, coaching and personal-development purposes.
The information and experiences shared are not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other appropriately qualified professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and circumstances.
If you require professional support in any of these areas, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
9. Spiritual and Energetic Teachings
Some events may explore spirituality, consciousness, awakening, embodiment, energetic practices, relationships, polarity or other experiential and metaphysical frameworks.
These teachings reflect the frameworks, perspectives and lived experiences presented by Kathleen Davidson and are offered for personal exploration.
Individual experiences will vary, and participation does not guarantee any particular spiritual, energetic, personal, relationship, financial, professional or physical outcome.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Your experience and results will depend on many individual factors.
We do not guarantee that participation in an event will produce a particular outcome or change in your life, relationships, business, wellbeing or circumstances.
You are responsible for determining how you interpret and apply the material presented.
11. Respectful Participation
We aim to provide a respectful and supportive environment for all participants.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a live event where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or seriously infringes upon the privacy or experience of others.
12. Technology
Live online events may rely on third-party platforms such as Zoom and Kajabi.
While we take reasonable steps to provide reliable access, we cannot guarantee that third-party services, internet connections or individual devices will operate without interruption.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and technology to attend the event.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with your purchase and participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to your purchase will be those made available to you at the time you purchase the relevant event.
