The Embodied Room

Policy, Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and participating in The Embodied Room, including any associated membership, mentoring experience, programme, coaching container, framework, course, workshop, or premium support pathway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

1.1 The Embodied Room is an online community designed to support women in self-leadership, embodiment, nervous system regulation, energetic awareness, personal transformation, self-leadership, and deeper inner alignment.

1.2 The Embodied Room includes multiple support pathways which may include:

The Embodied Room Community Membership

A recurring monthly membership which includes:

  • Weekly live coaching sessions

  • Community access

  • Recorded sessions where available

  • Community resources

The Community Membership does not include access to self-paced courses, The Energy Audit™, The Alignment Compass™, Premium Mentorship, or any other paid programmes unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

The Full Embodied Room Experience

May include:

  • Community Membership

  • Self-paced teachings and frameworks

  • The Energy Audit™ framework

  • The Alignment Compass™ experience

  • Recorded sessions

  • Additional programme resources

The Embodied Room Premium Mentorship

May include:

  • Everything within The Full Embodied Room Experience

  • Private mentoring sessions

  • Premium support

  • Additional resources and supporting materials

1.3 Access, inclusions, and support levels vary depending on the pathway selected at the time of purchase.

1.4 All programme details, inclusions, pricing, and access periods are outlined on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of enrolment.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been selected through the available checkout options.

2.2 By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

2.3 Payment plans are commitments to the full agreed investment and are not month-to-month cancel-anytime subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.4 Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or removal of access to:

  • programme materials

  • community access

  • live coaching sessions

  • recordings

  • mentoring support

  • resources and associated benefits

until the account is brought up to date.

2.5 The total cost of payment plans may exceed the full payment option to reflect the flexibility of extended payments.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

3.1 All purchases are final.

3.2 Due to the digital nature of the work, immediate access to intellectual property, community spaces, teachings, recordings, frameworks, and programme materials, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3.3 This includes, but is not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • change in personal circumstances

  • financial circumstances

  • business circumstances

  • relationship or family circumstances

  • scheduling conflicts

  • health changes

  • dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

  • lack of participation or engagement

  • inability to attend live sessions

  • failure to use the programme within the access period

3.4 Fixed-term programmes, Premium Mentorship pathways, and payment plan commitments cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

Monthly Community Memberships may be cancelled in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.

3.5 If a payment plan has been selected, you remain responsible for completing the full payment commitment regardless of participation, attendance, or usage.

3.6 Access rights may not be transferred, shared, gifted, assigned, or sold to another person.

4. Access Periods

4.1 Your access period begins on the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Access periods vary depending on the pathway selected and may include:

  • monthly access

  • 12-month access

4.3 Access expires automatically at the conclusion of the applicable access period unless otherwise stated.

4.4 It is your responsibility to utilise all materials, recordings, mentoring, resources, and included benefits within your access period.

4.5 Extensions are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of Kathleen Davidson.

5. Monthly Community Membership

5.1 The Embodied Room Community Membership is a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5.2 The Community Membership includes access to:

  • weekly live coaching sessions

  • community access

  • recorded sessions where available

  • community resources

5.3 The Community Membership does not include access to self-paced courses, The Energy Audit™, The Alignment Compass™, Premium Mentorship, or any other paid programme unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

5.4 Membership fees are automatically charged each month using the payment method provided during enrolment.

5.5 Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time before their next scheduled billing date.

5.6 Cancellation prevents future subscription payments only. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

5.7 Following cancellation, members will continue to receive access until the end of their current paid billing period.

5.8 At the end of the paid billing period, access to the community, weekly coaching sessions, recordings, and membership resources will automatically cease.

5.9 Cancelling a Community Membership does not cancel or affect any separate programme purchase, Premium Mentorship pathway, course purchase, or payment plan commitment.

6. Weekly Coaching Sessions & Community Access

6.1 The Embodied Room may include weekly live coaching, mentoring, embodiment sessions, or integration calls.

6.2 Session times and schedules are communicated inside the community platform and may change periodically due to scheduling requirements, travel, holidays, or business needs.

6.3 Where available, sessions may be recorded and added to the programme library or community space.

6.4 Kathleen Davidson does not guarantee that every session will always be recorded or remain available indefinitely.

6.5 Community access is designed to support reflection, embodiment, integration, connection, and ongoing engagement with the work.

6.6 Participants agree to engage respectfully within the community environment.

7. Private Mentoring Sessions

7.1 Private mentoring sessions are included only within eligible Premium Mentorship pathways or specifically stated offers.

7.2 The Premium Mentorship pathway currently includes:

  • 12 monthly private 1:1 coaching sessions with Kathleen Davidson unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7.3 Included sessions:

  • must be booked within the active access period

  • are non-transferable

  • cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, credit, or alternative services

7.4 Missed sessions or sessions cancelled without reasonable notice may be deemed forfeited.

7.5 Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to set reasonable boundaries regarding scheduling and rescheduling.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content contained within The Embodied Room is the intellectual property of Kathleen Davidson unless otherwise stated.

8.2 This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Energy Audit™ framework

  • The Alignment Compass™

  • programme materials

  • videos

  • recordings

  • teachings

  • PDFs

  • workbooks

  • graphics

  • presentations

  • frameworks

  • concepts

  • diagrams

  • written materials

  • coaching methods

  • community teachings

  • live session content

8.3 Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

8.4 You may not:

  • copy or reproduce materials

  • distribute content

  • share login details

  • teach or facilitate the material as your own

  • commercially use the frameworks or content

  • record or redistribute sessions

  • create derivative programmes based on the material

  • use the frameworks for certification or licensing purposes without written permission

8.5 Unauthorised use may result in immediate removal from the programme and possible legal action.

9. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

9.1 Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding anything shared within the community or live sessions.

9.2 Participants must not:

  • share another participant’s personal information

  • screenshot or distribute private community conversations

  • engage in bullying, harassment, or harmful conduct

  • disrupt the integrity or safety of the community

  • promote or solicit services without permission

9.3 Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed harmful, inappropriate, unethical, or disruptive.

9.4 Removal from the programme or community does not entitle the participant to a refund.

10. Personal Responsibility

10.1 The Embodied Room is reflective in nature and supports self-leadership, embodiment, personal growth, and inner alignment.

10.2 Participation is voluntary and participants remain fully responsible for:

  • their decisions

  • actions

  • wellbeing

  • implementation

  • personal results

10.3 No guarantees are made regarding specific emotional, financial, leadership, relationship, business, or personal outcomes.

10.4 Results vary depending on personal circumstances, capacity, application, timing, and individual engagement.

11. Scope of Support

11.1 The Embodied Room is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, legal advice, medical treatment, crisis support, or financial advice.

11.2 Participants requiring specialist support are responsible for seeking qualified professional assistance where appropriate.

12. Technology & Platform Access

12.1 The Embodied Room is delivered through digital platforms including Kajabi and associated tools.

12.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • reliable internet access

  • suitable devices

  • updated software

  • access to emails and online platforms

12.3 Kathleen Davidson is not responsible for participant-side technical issues, internet outages, device failures, or user access errors.

13. Programme Changes

13.1 Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • programme content

  • frameworks

  • structure

  • session scheduling

  • community organisation

  • support processes

  • future pricing

  • delivery methods

13.2 Changes may be made to protect programme integrity, improve delivery, or support the evolution of the work.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kathleen Davidson is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, personal, business, or financial loss arising from participation in The Embodied Room.

14.2 Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.

15. Agreement

15.1 By purchasing and participating in The Embodied Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
