The Energy Audit™ Leadership Experience

 

Policy, Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing and participating in The Energy Audit™ Leadership Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Programme Overview

The Energy Audit™ Leadership Experience is a self-paced leadership programme supported by weekly live coaching sessions, private community access, and supporting resources.

Depending on the access option selected at purchase, participants will receive access for either 6 months or 12 months from the date of purchase.

Full payment options include one private Leadership Session, subject to the terms outlined below.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been selected and approved through the available checkout options.

Where a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. By entering a payment plan, you are committing to the full payment obligation, not a month-to-month cancel-anytime arrangement.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or removal of access to the programme, community, resources, recordings, and any associated benefits until the account is brought up to date.

The total cost of a payment plan may be higher than the full payment option to reflect the added flexibility of extended payments.

  1. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

All purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of this programme, immediate access to intellectual property, downloadable resources, recorded training, and the community environment, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind
  • change in personal circumstances
  • lack of participation
  • failure to attend live sessions
  • failure to use the programme within the access period
  • dissatisfaction based on personal expectation
  • business, financial, family, health, or scheduling changes

Cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made.

If you have selected a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full payment commitment, regardless of usage, attendance, or participation level.

Access rights may not be transferred, assigned, shared, gifted, or sold to another person.

  1. Access Period

Your access begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

You will receive access for the exact period attached to your purchase option:

  • 6-Month Access: access expires 6 months from date of purchase
  • 12-Month Access: access expires 12 months from date of purchase

At the end of your access period, programme access will expire unless an extension, continuation offer, or separate monthly community option is offered and purchased.

It is your responsibility to use the programme, recordings, resources, and included benefits within your access period.

No extensions will be granted due to non-use, busyness, travel, personal circumstances, or failure to engage with the content before expiry, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the sole discretion of Kathleen Davidson.

  1. Private Leadership Session

For clients who purchase a full payment option, one private Leadership Session is included.

This session:

  • is included only with eligible full payment purchases
  • must be booked and used within 12 months of the original purchase date
  • is non-transferable
  • cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative services
  • cannot be rolled into future offers unless agreed in writing

Any included private session not used within 12 months of the purchase date will expire automatically.

It is the client’s responsibility to book the session using the booking access provided in the product library or otherwise communicated.

Rescheduling and Missed Private Sessions

If you need to reschedule a private Leadership Session, reasonable notice must be given.

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to set reasonable rescheduling boundaries. Repeated rescheduling, failure to attend, or late cancellation may result in forfeiture of the session.

If a booked private session is missed without notice, or cancelled with insufficient notice, the session may be deemed used and forfeited.

  1. Weekly Live Coaching Sessions

The programme includes weekly live coaching sessions designed to support leadership integration, reflection, application, and ongoing support.

These sessions are part of the overall experience and are included within the access period attached to your purchase.

Live session times, dates, and scheduling details are communicated inside the community space, including under the Meet Up section in the Kajabi app.

From time to time, session times may change due to scheduling requirements, travel, personal commitments, holidays, or business needs. Participants are responsible for checking the current session details within the community platform for the most up-to-date information.

Where available, live sessions may be recorded and provided as part of the programme library or community access. Kathleen Davidson does not guarantee that every live session will always be recorded or remain available indefinitely.

  1. Community Access and Continuation

Your enrolment includes access to the relevant private community space for the duration of your selected programme access period.

This community is intended to support integration, reflection, discussion, and ongoing engagement with the work.

At the conclusion of your 6-month or 12-month access, you may be offered the option to remain in the community space on a separate monthly membership basis, subject to current availability, pricing, and entry criteria.

Ongoing community continuation is not automatically included unless specifically stated.

Any continuation into the monthly community space will be governed by the terms, pricing, and structure in place at the time of renewal or re-entry.

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to change the structure, availability, pricing, inclusions, or eligibility requirements for the monthly community offering at any time.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content contained within The Energy Audit™ Leadership Experience is the intellectual property of Kathleen Davidson unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Energy Audit™ Method
  • The Energy Audit™ framework
  • all programme materials
  • videos
  • recordings
  • written content
  • workbooks
  • PDFs
  • live session teaching
  • coaching frameworks
  • concepts
  • processes
  • graphics
  • diagrams
  • language
  • presentations
  • training materials
  • community content created by Kathleen Davidson

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute programme materials
  • share login details or grant others access to your account
  • teach, train, facilitate, coach, consult, or present this material as your own
  • adapt or modify the content for commercial use
  • sell, sublicense, gift, or commercially exploit any part of the programme
  • record, screenshot, extract, duplicate, or circulate content beyond reasonable personal use
  • use the materials for certification, licensing, or incorporation into your own commercial programmes, offers, workshops, memberships, or training

Unauthorised use of intellectual property may result in immediate removal from the programme and may lead to legal action.

  1. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

This programme may include community discussion, live coaching, and shared reflections from participants.

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by other members inside the community or live sessions.

You agree not to:

  • share another participant’s story, identity, business details, or personal information outside the programme
  • screenshot or circulate community conversations without permission
  • engage in harassment, bullying, harmful conduct, or disrespectful behaviour
  • promote or solicit your own services within the space without permission
  • disrupt the safety, professionalism, or integrity of the community

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme or community space for behaviour deemed inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, unethical, or misaligned with the standards of the container. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  1. Personal Responsibility

This programme is educational, reflective, and coaching-based in nature.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, results, wellbeing, and implementation of the material.

No guarantee is made regarding specific business, financial, personal, emotional, leadership, or organisational outcomes.

Results will vary depending on many factors, including individual engagement, capacity, timing, application, personal circumstances, and existing patterns.

  1. Scope of Support

The Energy Audit™ Leadership Experience is designed to support leadership awareness, energetic understanding, and integration.

It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment.

If you require specialist support in any of these areas, you are responsible for seeking appropriate qualified care.

  1. Technology and Platform Access

This programme is delivered through digital platforms, including Kajabi and associated tools or applications.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • a reliable internet connection
  • access to a suitable device
  • updated software where needed
  • the ability to access email communications and course platforms

Kathleen Davidson is not responsible for participant-side technical difficulties, device issues, internet outages, forgotten passwords, app incompatibility, or failure to access materials due to user error.

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain programme access and delivery, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed in the event of third-party platform issues.

  1. Programme Changes

Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, including but not limited to:

  • content updates
  • module refinement
  • scheduling adjustments
  • community structure changes
  • live session timing
  • platform organisation
  • support processes
  • pricing for future continuation options

Such changes may be made to protect programme integrity, improve delivery, or respond to evolving business and client needs.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kathleen Davidson is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, business, or financial loss arising from participation in the programme, use of the materials, inability to attend live sessions, access expiry, or reliance on the content provided.

Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.

By purchasing and participating in The Energy Audit™ Leadership Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
