The Energy Audit™ Embodied Leadership Experience – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all clients enrolled in The Energy Audit™ Embodied Leadership Experience membership.
By purchasing and participating in this membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Overview
The Energy Audit™ Embodied Leadership Experience is an ongoing subscription-based membership designed to support your self-leadership, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and personal and professional expansion.
Your membership includes access to:
- Self-paced courses and teachings
- Live coaching sessions and/or replays
- Community support within The Embodied Room
- Additional resources and tools as available during your active subscription
2. Minimum Commitment Period
By joining under this offer, you are committing to a minimum 3-month term.
The membership fee is:
$188 NZD per month charged monthly from the date of purchase.
During the initial 3-month commitment period, payments are required in full regardless of participation level.
Early cancellation during this initial term does not release you from the remaining payments due.
3. Ongoing Subscription & Renewal
At the completion of the initial 3-month commitment, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month subscription at $188 NZD per month unless cancelled.
Following the initial term, you may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing only and does not provide refunds for payments already processed.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are automatically charged monthly to your nominated payment method.
It is your responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.
If payment fails:
- Access to the programme and The Embodied Room community may be suspended until payment is successfully processed
- Continued failed payments may result in cancellation of your membership access
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of participation
- Personal circumstances
- Failure to use the membership
- Partial monthly usage
6. Membership Access
Access is granted only while your subscription remains active and payments are up to date.
If your subscription is cancelled or payment fails, access to courses, coaching replays, resources, and community spaces may be revoked.
7. Community Conduct
The Energy Audit™ Embodied Leadership Experience and The Embodied Room are respectful and supportive spaces.
By joining, you agree to engage respectfully with Kathleen Davidson and other members.
Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to remove any member without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive to the integrity of the community.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, teachings, and materials within the programme remain the intellectual property of Kathleen Davidson.
This includes but is not limited to:
- The Energy Audit™ Framework
- The Alignment Compass™
- Course materials and teachings
- Live coaching content and replays
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Personal Responsibility
This membership is intended for educational and personal development purposes.
You are responsible for:
- Your decisions
- Your actions
- Your integration of the teachings
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
10. Scope of Support
This membership is designed for self-leadership, embodiment, and personal development.
It is not:
- Therapy
- Medical support
- Legal or financial advice
If additional support is required, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional care.
11. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your membership.
This now clearly positions The Embodied Room as the community within the larger Energy Audit™ Embodied Leadership Experience container.
