The Alignment Compass™ Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all clients enrolled in The Alignment Compass™ Package.
By purchasing and participating in this experience, you agree to the following terms:
1. Programme Overview
The Alignment Compass™ is a transformational self-leadership experience designed to support clarity, alignment, and grounded movement across all areas of your life.
This package includes:
- Full access to The Alignment Compass™ self-paced course
- 3 x 45-minute private coaching sessions with Kathleen Davidson
This experience combines self-led learning with personalised coaching support to create meaningful transformation and aligned action.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed.
Where a payment plan is in place:
- You are committing to the full payment amount, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement
- All scheduled payments must be completed regardless of participation level
- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the programme and/or coaching sessions
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once access has been granted to the course, you are committing to the full package.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Personal circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of participation
- Early withdrawal from the programme
4. Coaching Session Scheduling & Rescheduling
Your 3 x 45-minute coaching sessions must be booked via the agreed booking method.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
- Sessions missed or cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited
- Rescheduling requests within 24–48 hours will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed
- Repeated rescheduling or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions
5. Coaching Session Expiry
All 3 coaching sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Unused sessions will expire after 12 months and will not roll over.
Extensions are not guaranteed and may be granted at the sole discretion of Kathleen Davidson.
6. Coaching Boundaries
This coaching space is held with clear energetic and professional boundaries.
- Sessions will take place at agreed times
- Communication between sessions (if offered) is to be used respectfully and within reasonable limits
- This package does not include unlimited access or ongoing on-demand support unless otherwise stated
Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to maintain appropriate boundaries to protect the integrity of the experience.
7. Rescheduling by Kathleen Davidson
Kathleen Davidson reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
An alternative time will always be offered.
8. Confidentiality
All private coaching sessions are confidential.
Personal information shared will not be disclosed without consent, unless required by law.
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any insights, tools, or materials shared within this experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, tools, language, and materials shared remain the intellectual property of Kathleen Davidson.
This includes but is not limited to:
- The Alignment Compass™ Framework
- The Energy Audit™ Method
- Course materials and teachings
- Coaching tools and processes
These may not be copied, reproduced, taught, or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Personal Responsibility
This experience is a collaborative process.
You are responsible for:
- Your decisions
- Your actions
- Your integration of the work
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
11. Scope of Support
The Alignment Compass™ is designed for self-leadership, personal growth, and transformational coaching.
It is not:
- Therapy
- Medical support
- Legal or financial advice
If additional support is required, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional care.
12. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your package.
This now reflects the offer properly and reads far cleaner.
